Member Registration
The Basic Account is available to everyone, but has limited access to the information on the website.
The Premium Account is for individuals who have purchased the book on Amazon, and provides them with full access to the site.
If you have purchased the book, head over to the conclusion at the end, where you’ll find details about the membership and a discount code that will give you free access for a Premium account (ie: it won’t cost you $5000!).
Of course, we are not really planning on selling Premium membership for $5000, but have set this up so that only individuals that have purchased the book can register.
However, if anyone does want to purchase Premium membership for $5000, we will gladly donate the full amount to charity.
